Refund Policy

• Conditions: "We accept online returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they are received in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags." If it is a customized or personalized item it is non refundable. 

• How to return: "To initiate a return, please complete our online Returns Form, including your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back."

• Processing time: "After we receive your item, we will process your return within 7 business days. Funds will be sent to your original method of payment and may take additional time to appear."
